I've seen emmet in a number of configurations, but this was the first one without Todd. It was an interesting mix of covers, emmet tunes, and new songs. I've never heard anyone but Todd sing emmet, and Erik's alto on those songs was intriguing, especially on "Boston" and "Bill" (and I never thought I'd be hearing that again). "Don't Call Her" is one of those songs I don't get tired of hearing, and this is the first time I can recall that Erik's done all of "Down Under", instead of just the chorus. He ended with "Mailman", always a highlight of Todd's shows.
