So Lonely

Hey everyone, had a great night last night at the Fletcher's show. It seems to me that Todd and Erik are much more relaxed performing now (I am guessing because of the label thing), and that is good. Todd kept breaking into singing "So What, So What, So What, So What!!!" in between songs, and they were doing trivia questions and giving away CDs. The sound at Fletcher's was OK, as was the crowd. I guess when you are outside of DC, the crowds just aren't the same. I kept jumping up and down, but only a third of the people were doing that. The show was good, but if the crowd were more into it, it could have been great. I was able to get the setlist from the sound board and have Todd, Erik, Luke and Derek sign it, while talking with them some.

I had a blast at the show and got a couple of more people into emmet. Wish they would have played Guru, but I loved every song I heard. Can't they just do a 4 or 5 hour show and play everything?!? ;-)

I don't know when the next time I will see them is, since I live in Denver, but I will try my best to see them again this year. I did tell Todd we need to get them out to Colorado to play, and offered my apartment for them to crash at. His response was "So you're our hook-up for skiing, huh!"
